The 6th annual Intelex Ignite Performance User Conference has officially come to an end. But we would be remised if we did not acknowledge all of our Performance Excellence award winners. We would like to extend a big round of applause to all of our Performance Excellence award winners this year for their incredible commitment, dedication and contributions to making EHSQ what it is today.

We kicked off the award ceremony in style by handing out not one, but two Dream Builder awards.There was stiff competition this year for the Dream Builder award, as was reflected by the outpouring of nominations we received.

CHS Inc. Captures the Dream Builder Award for Commitment towards Continuous Innovation within their Company

As we mentioned in a previous post, due to the overwhelming amount of interest that we received this year, we decided to break out the Dream Builder award into two separate categories – One for a company demonstrating the use of innovation within their industry and the other for their continuous commitment towards innovation within their own company.

With that said, we are pleased to announce that this year’s recipient of the Dream Builder award for innovation within an organization goes to CHS Inc. CHS has built an easy to use innovative application that has exceeded the expectations of Intelex users and has increased the activity and user acceptance of the Intelex system.

Hussmann Takes Home Coveted Quality Excellence Award for the 2nd Consecutive Year

It was all smiles this year for Hussmann as the company left Ignite Performance 2015 with the Quality Excellence Award for a second consecutive year! Congratulations to Peter Webb and the rest of the gang for an outstanding job – well done everyone!

The quality Excellence award is given to companies who have been pioneers and industry leaders in quality management through the use of the Intelex System. In order to qualify for the Quality Excellence award, an organization must demonstrate how their increased level of quality has allowed them to drive product and or service innovation.

Hussmann has developed and implemented a number of applications and reports used to monitor product Quality in manufacturing, Layered Process Auditing, and FRACAS tracking in their Reliability & Testing Lab.

Intelex Hits the Fairways for the 5th Annual Spring Classic!

Well the 5th Annual Spring Classic Golf Tournament is officially in the books, and wow! What a success it was! We want to take this opportunity to thank all of the Intelexians who came out and took part in the tournament. AND our hats go off to the Deer Creek Country Club for – once again – stepping up to the tee and delivering yet another great hit for the tournament.

The Spring Classic golf tournament is one of many Intelex organized events throughout the year. It is arguably one of the most anticipated events in the Intelex calendar and continues to get bigger and better every year – and this year’s edition delivered as promised. This year, we had nearly 100 participants who hit the links for a day of sunshine, team building, and a little friendly competition.

Intelex Raises $32,190 for the Red Cross Nepal Earthquake Fund

In response to the earthquakes that devastated Nepal in April, Intelex teamed up with the Canadian Red Cross to set up an internal fundraising campaign with the goal of raising $10,000.

Tallying up the final numbers of our fundraising campaign for the Nepal Earthquake relief efforts, we’re proud to announce that the campaign was a huge success. Through the generosity of our employees, not only did we reach our set goal, but in true Intelex fashion, we managed to surpass it and raise a total of $10,730! As icing on the cake, Intelex, along with the Canadian government also made a pledge to match all of employee contributions, which brings the total amount raised to $32,190!

The funds raised will go a long way in helping with the logistical challenges faced by those trying to get aid through to some of the most-affected areas of Nepal. Aid is now required … Read more...

Intelex Challenges PointClickCare to May Fitbit Challenge!

If there’s one thing, we love at Intelex it’s definitely a little healthy competition and adding some fun to the mix.

Earlier this year Intelex and members of the Tech Community began participating in the #TechStepsUp Fitbit Challenge.

For those of you reading this post that aren’t aware of the challenge, here this skinny: For the companies participating, all competitors are equipped with Fitbits that track and record steps taken and automatically uploads detailed stats to a company dashboard. Total scores are calculated at the end of each month and a winner is named.

This month we are going to shake things up a bit and go toe-to-toe with PointClickCare. It will be a “fight to the finish” as the saying goes.

The rules are simple. The company with the most average Fitbit steps per person at the end of May will be the winner.
