The 6th annual Intelex Ignite Performance User Conference has officially come to an end. But we would be remised if we did not acknowledge all of our Performance Excellence award winners. We would like to extend a big round of applause to all of our Performance Excellence award winners this year for their incredible commitment, dedication and contributions to making EHSQ what it is today.

We kicked off the award ceremony in style by handing out not one, but two Dream Builder awards.There was stiff competition this year for the Dream Builder award, as was reflected by the outpouring of nominations we received.

CHS Inc. Captures the Dream Builder Award for Commitment towards Continuous Innovation within their Company

As we mentioned in a previous post, due to the overwhelming amount of interest that we received this year, we decided to break out the Dream Builder award into two separate categories – One for a company demonstrating the use of innovation within their industry and the other for their continuous commitment towards innovation within their own company.

With that said, we are pleased to announce that this year’s recipient of the Dream Builder award for innovation within an organization goes to CHS Inc. CHS has built an easy to use innovative application that has exceeded the expectations of Intelex users and has increased the activity and user acceptance of the Intelex system.

Hussmann Takes Home Coveted Quality Excellence Award for the 2nd Consecutive Year

It was all smiles this year for Hussmann as the company left Ignite Performance 2015 with the Quality Excellence Award for a second consecutive year! Congratulations to Peter Webb and the rest of the gang for an outstanding job – well done everyone!

The quality Excellence award is given to companies who have been pioneers and industry leaders in quality management through the use of the Intelex System. In order to qualify for the Quality Excellence award, an organization must demonstrate how their increased level of quality has allowed them to drive product and or service innovation.

Hussmann has developed and implemented a number of applications and reports used to monitor product Quality in manufacturing, Layered Process Auditing, and FRACAS tracking in their Reliability & Testing Lab.

For the second consecutive year, Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. was able to soar pass the competition to come away with the Safety Performance Award. The award is given to the client who has demonstrated outstanding commitment and contributions towards organizational health and safety by leveraging the Intelex software.

Agnico Eagle’s robust incident management dashboard was designed to bring critical incident information to the forefront in an effort to streamline reporting and decision making processes which has led to dramatic improvements in safety performance. Users have the ability to review in real-time their location’s performance, department by department.

Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd has seen a dramatic decrease in accident frequency rates over the last few years. First Solar Receives the Ignite Performance Excellence Award for User Adoption.

A big round of applause to First Solar who was the recipient of this year’s Ignite Performance Excellence Award for User Adoption. The award is given to the client who has exemplified extraordinary levels of effectiveness in its user adoption process. Past winners of the User Adoption Award have demonstrated the innovative and structured ways in which they have ensured high levels of adoption within their company.

First Solar has been a valued Intelex user since 2012 and have actively been making strides in expanding the use and adoption of the Intelex’s solutions across their business channels, via Intelex’s new User Adoption tools. Albert Munoz (SGS) Recognized for Community Partner Award for the 2nd Straight Year at Ignite Performance

Awarded to a client who has shown an exceptional contribution to the growth of fellow Intelex clients. The Community Partner Performance Excellence award is particularly close and dear to our hearts and we couldn’t think of a better person to award this to then Albert Munoz. To win this award, an organization must demonstrate the initiatives it has taken to enhance the Intelex-Exchange community.

Albert has shown outstanding leadership, commitment, and tireless effort towards enhancing the Intelex Exchange community he has in many ways continued to exceed the challenging expectations that exemplify the spirit of the award. NRG Energy Receives Ignite Performance Excellence Award for Environmental Stewardship

Congratulations to NRG Energy for receiving the prestigious Environmental Stewardship Award for their outstanding contributions and leadership in environmental management through the use of the Intelex software. Recipients of the award must be able to demonstrate how their use of Intelex has driven improvements in their environmental performance.

NRG is continuously improving environmental performance. NRG implemented Intelex across the generating fleet in 2007 to 35 power plants. Intelex gave NRG the tools and transparency to track environmental performance that prior to implementing Intelex was tedious and time consuming.

The company established an environmental performance baseline in 2011 and demonstrated a 51% improvement in environmental performance with a growth to ~100 generating stations. NRG uses Intelex Incident Management, Corrective Actions and root cause applications to report incidents, ensure root cause and corrective actions are completed.

Barik Group Receives Ignite Performance Excellence Award for Partner Recognition

This year’s Ignite Performance awards reception not only saw new award winners step to the forefront but we also got the opportunity to introduce the Partner Recognition Performance Excellence Award for the first time.

The Partner Recognition award is given to a partner that has best exemplifies an outstanding commitment to Intelex both in terms of consistently collaborating with and advocating for Intelex. We received a lot of interest and submissions for this award and had a tough time narrowing down the winner, but in the end we felt that Barik Group encompassed everything that the Partner Recognition Award represented.

Barik Group is a long-time partner of Intelex. Their hard work and evangelizing of Intelex throughout the Middle East has earned them the title of most successful Intelex reseller. This year they brought on the 50th client in the region and we look forward to welcoming many more.
