Intelex’s Q1 2026 product update focuses on increasing efficiency, accelerating time to value, and empowering users. Updates include enhancements based on customer feedback and new releases to support current and future EHSQ performance needs.
In this post, we’ll highlight key improvements, including new AI capabilities, updates to our environmental management information system (EMIS), and other enhancements to make daily work easier and help your team prioritize tasks, act quickly, and deliver stronger results.

Accelerating workflows across the platform with Input AI
In our most recent product launch we highlighted Input AI, one of the two pillars of our AI strategy, which helps you create more comprehensive and accurate descriptions in forms by providing immediate feedback within the app.
Input AI: Enhance expansion across applications
Initially, Input AI: Enhance was only available to write descriptions for injury or illness events in our incident management app.
Now, Input AI: Enhance works across more areas, including audit findings, observations, hazard IDs, and action items. It also covers a wider range of incidents, including vehicle, property, damage, and environmental events.

Complete forms in seconds with Input AI: Auto Populate
With Input AI: Auto Populate, users can explain an event using speech or text, and Input AI will enter the information into the relevant fields. Input AI will also provide feedback to let the user know whether any additional information is required.
Then the user can review the auto populated form, make any necessary adjustments and submit it for verification.
Perform better safety observations with Input AI: Lens
Using Input AI: Lens, users can upload an image, and Input AI: Lens will identify conditions, flag risk, and automatically populate the safety observation form for the user.
Users can provide additional information beyond the initial description provided by Input AI: Lens, and it will auto-populate the form fields and provide recommendations to further enhance the form.

Why these updates matter: These three updates bring consistent, AI-supported guidance to more key workflows. Previously, users had to provide this information in a written description and did not have live feedback to improve the event description before submission. This made reporting an event more time-consuming for the user and less accurate for the operations and EHS teams reviewing the event and taking corrective actions.

Updates to ACTS environmental management information system (EMIS)
Intelex Assets and Compliance Tracking System (ACTS) is a cloud-based environmental management information system (EMIS) that ensures compliance, increases visibility, and simplifies the management of air emissions, water quality metrics, soil contamination, and hazardous-waste tracking across your entire organization.
ACTS has received significant attention in the Q1 2026 product update, including new UI, new API endpoints, enhanced analytics, and an updated Subpart W content pack.
- New UI: ACTS is moving to a modern, integrated interface that matches the rest of the Inlelex platform. It’s faster, easier to use, mobile-friendly, and stays fully compatible with all existing configurations and data, no migrations required.
- New API endpoints: Users can write and update regulations and requirements through the API and configure access levels for different users. This enables deeper integrations, safer contractor access, and faster time-to-value for ACTS.
- Enhanced analytics: Users can now choose any datasets they need and refresh data in near real time. This provides faster insights, more control over analytics, and a more valuable, self-serve experience.
- Updated Subpart W content pack: Updated for the EPA’s 2025 revisions, the Subpart W Content Pack provides a guided, standardized reporting process across all Subpart W sources. Built-in data management supports source-specific data collection, calculations, and consistent annual reporting.
Why it matters: These updates make ACTS easier to use and more powerful, providing faster insights, smoother workflows, and better control over compliance data.
