In Q2, we focused on eliminating inefficiencies in safety operations by expanding our platform’s capabilities and introducing new solutions that give organizations better visibility, control, and risk response.
These updates help you manage EHSQ operations more efficiently by simplifying complex processes, reducing administrative burden, and making it faster and easier to track and manage workplace risks.

New safety and environmental products
This quarter, we introduced new capabilities that transform how organizations manage risk by connecting data streams, automating manual processes, and enabling real-time field assessments.
1. Centralize and control organizational risks systematically with Global Risk Management
We launched the new Global Risk Management Application, which integrates seamlessly with the Advanced JSA and FLHA modules to give you a complete view of organizational risk.

What’s new: Admins can now build dynamic risk registers with instant access to incidents, observations, tasks, controls, and CAPAs. Risk owners are automatically notified of related events and can schedule control checks to ensure controls remain effective to mitigate risk across the organization.
Why it matters: This update empowers teams with the visibility and tools to track evolving risks, verify control effectiveness, and respond faster.
2. Quickly assess job risks before work begins with Advanced JSA and FLHA
Put stop-work power in every worker’s hand with our new mobile-first Advanced Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Field Level Hazard Assessment (FLHA).

What’s new: Workers and supervisors can now conduct mobile risk reviews using reusable work-step templates or on-the-fly assessments. Teams can also calculate residual risk for each job step, assign action plans, and streamline mobile reviews. This new offering is distinct from our existing Basic JSA application, providing additional functionality for organizations with more advanced risk management needs.
Why it matters: This update gives teams the ability to make informed stop-work or proceed decisions, boosting awareness, accountability, and injury prevention in the moments that matter most.

Usability and integration upgrades
This release brought platform-wide improvements that make Intelex not just more powerful, but easier to use, better to look at, and simpler to connect with your broader tech ecosystem.
User experience
We streamlined key workflows to reduce friction, improved navigation flow, and made common tasks like searching, selecting, and reviewing information faster and more intuitive for every user. New multi-dimensional hierarchies allow admins to structure the platform in a way that mirrors how their business actually operates, making it easier to build insightful reports and analytics.
User interface
With 40+ interface improvements, the platform now feels more modern and responsive. Updates like improved mobile performance, consistent dropdown behavior, refined button styling, and streamlined navigation make every interaction smoother across applications. The result is a cleaner, faster platform built to match the pace and complexity of EHSQ operations.
Enhanced integrations
Two new APIs make integration with your existing tech stack faster and cleaner. The new Outbound API enables event triggered data delivery to third-party systems without manual or custom workarounds. A new User Management API allows external systems to programmatically create, update, or deactivate user records, helping IT teams maintain accurate access controls without the admin overhead.
These updates to UX, UI, and integrations give teams the clarity, speed, and control they need to manage EHSQ with greater efficiency and confidence.

Updates to ACTS
Intelex’s Assets and Compliance Tracking System (ACTS) continues to grow as the go-to environmental management engine. Recent enhancements improve support for high-volume field operations and simplify sustainability data management.

What’s new: Enable the option to dispatch data capture workflow tasks to groups rather than individuals with Group Dispatches. A new partnership with Deck.co, making it easier for customers to bring their utility data into ACTS, eliminating the need for manual input and accelerating Scope 1 and 2 reporting.
Why it matters: Together, these updates reduce admin overhead, improve data reliability, and make it easier to scale compliance across sites, so teams can focus on performance instead of process.
