This award recognizes an individual Intelex client user who has made an exceptional contribution to the Intelex community of clients, and to the development of Intelex-Exchange, Intelex’s community portal.

As the award winner, Albert Munoz embodies the essence of this award with his tireless contributions to the Intelex Exchange community. In the past year Albert has aided countless users in solving complex problems, while also providing a number of innovative ideas to improve the system. Fittingly, Albert is the person with the most points on Intelex Exchange, with over 3200 points.

Etihad Airways Awarded the Intelex Performance Excellence Award for User Adoption

Etihad Airways flew home from the User Conference with extra weight in their luggage –the Intelex Performance Excellence Award for User Adoption, that is. To win this award, a client must demonstrate extraordinary levels of effectiveness in their user adoption process, demonstrating the innovative and structured ways in which they have ensured high levels of adoption in their company.

At Etihad, user adoption is critical to their mission. Etihad’s CEO tackled user adoption by first focusing on corporate-wide messaging centered on safety culture. Then they rebranded their Intelex system, EYIntelex.com, for a consistent user experience. Etihad also created a main landing page featuring links to training materials, user manuals, and a new e-learning platform, to assist new users.

To reach Etihad’s global audience of over 20,000 employees, which is made up of pilots, cabin crew, engineers and ground staff in 80 different locations, the team had to be creative. Given … Read more...

We are thrilled to share that the winner of the Intelex Performance Excellence Award for Quality Excellence is Hussmann. The Quality Excellence award is aimed at a client who has become a leader in quality management through the use of their Intelex System. Hussmann’s team have certainly demonstrated that requirement!

Greg Garnier and his team at Hussmann have taken the Intelex Quality Management System (QMS) and have expanded and configured the solution to truly make it their own. Intelex applications that are currently in use at Hussmann include: Supplier Management, Process Non-Conformance, Monitoring and Measurement, a custom Voice of the Customer app, and more. Intelex Performance Excellence Award for Environmental Stewardship Goes to Boart Longyear

A special congratulations to Boart Longyear, which is the winner of the Intelex Performance Award for Environmental Stewardship. This accolade is awarded to a client that shows outstanding contributions and leadership in environmental management through the use of the Intelex Software.

Boart Longyear has worked very closely with Intelex in defining the requirements for their Sustainability Metrics application. This application tracks Boart Longyear’s usage of a variety of resources, from diesel to electricity to gasoline to water, just to name just a few. Capturing this data in Intelex has allowed Boart Longyear to better monitor their environmental footprint, and more effectively set goals for sustainability. Agnico Eagle Mines Limited Takes Home the Intelex Performance Award for Safety Performance

Congratulations to Agnico Eagle Mines for their achievement of the Intelex Performance Award for Safety Performance. The Safety Performance award recognizes a client who has shown outstanding contributions towards organizational health and safety by using Intelex software.

Currently, Agnico Eagle Mines uses Intelex’s Incident Management application in four languages across eleven different divisions. They are also leveraging six separate dashboards from within the application. To date, Agnico has used Intelex to record more than 11,000 incidents, with over 800 corrective/preventative actions, showcasing their commitment to improving safety in their workforce. Thanks to Agnico Eagle’s hard work and dedication, they’ve reduced their Accident Frequency Rate from 3.23 in 2011 to 1.90 in 2014!… Read more...

We recently held the fifth annual Intelex User Conference and with it, the second year of the Intelex Performance Excellence Awards. We’d like to congratulate each of our winners for their astounding performance over the past year.

Our winner of the Intelex Performance Excellence Award for Dream Builder was Nexteer Automotive. To meet the requirements for this prestigious award, the Intelex client must have built innovative and inspiring applications from scratch, while demonstrating how they transformed their Intelex System into a major driver of success in the organization.

As winners of the award, the Nexteer Automotive team has developed not one but nine applications within the past year! Nexteer has built Intelex applications to monitor quality planning and supplier activities, house supplier compliance information, provide scorecards and performance-tracking tools to suppliers, track costs incurred due to quality issues, and so much more. Behind-the-Scenes at the Intelex User Conference 2014

Last week marked the fifth year of our annual Intelex User Conference. The yearly event provides a key opportunity for clients from around the globe (and I mean around the globe – we had clients attend from Australia, Norway, UK, Cayman Islands, Middle East and more) to network and share best practices.

With over 230 delegates from industries such as oil and gas and food and beverage to metals and mining, this year’s conference boasted record attendance! To accommodate our diverse audience, we offered training sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. One of the most popular sessions was the Product Best Practice Sharing Roundtable, where Intelex users with the same products shared new approaches and tools that others could incorporate into their system. We even had prospective clients attend the conference, so there really was something for everyone!
