Prior to Intelex, Ashlee used an electronic document control system that was not effective in organizing documents or aligning with other internal processes and workflows. The previous system was cumbersome to use and could not tailor their vast library of documents for different users within the organization. With no real folder structure for electronic documents, finding important materials was a challenge for employees and resulted in lost productivity. Ashlee knew she needed a new system that could organize documents and also integrate with their paper-based training management process.
Ashlee and Oliver Tolas chose the Intelex Document Control Solution to house all of their procedures, work instructions, test methods, forms and other materials relating to internal processes. Ashlee can now automate processes related to training management by assigning automatic tasks to specific employees or groups whenever documents are updated. With automated email reminders, Ashlee can keep training requirements on track and drive their completion.
