Behind-the-Scenes at the Intelex User Conference 2014

Last week marked the fifth year of our annual Intelex User Conference. The yearly event provides a key opportunity for clients from around the globe (and I mean around the globe – we had clients attend from Australia, Norway, UK, Cayman Islands, Middle East and more) to network and share best practices.

With over 230 delegates from industries such as oil and gas and food and beverage to metals and mining, this year’s conference boasted record attendance! To accommodate our diverse audience, we offered training sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. One of the most popular sessions was the Product Best Practice Sharing Roundtable, where Intelex users with the same products shared new approaches and tools that others could incorporate into their system. We even had prospective clients attend the conference, so there really was something for everyone!

Our President and CEO, Mark Jaine, gave an inspired opening keynote on the Intelex strategic vision. He showcased the latest exciting platform capabilities, functionalities and advanced features on the Intelex system. Attendees were definitely in awe over the rollout of the new reporting functionalities.

Another highlight of the conference was the exciting night out at The Ballroom Bowl. After a day of training and informative sessions, clients were able to unwind with dinner, bowling and a live performance from Intelex’s house band Co-Pilot! But the most anticipated event of the night was the Intelex Performance Excellence Awards. These awards recognized Intelex clients who demonstrated commitment to excellence, innovation and success in EHSQ management and software development and deployment.
