October is a busy month for conferences here at Intelex! This week the theme is safety, and we’re attending two great industry events: the National Safety Council (NSC) Congress & Expo in Orlando, Florida, and the Oil & Gas Safety Symposium in Calgary, Alberta.
From October 22-24 you’ll find Intelex’s Ethan Cushing (pictured to the right) and Kyle Dodsworth at NSC’s “Celebration of the Century” the 100th anniversary of the first Safety Congress. Along with more than 12,000 other safety, health and environmental professionals from more than 60 countries, Ethan and Kyle are in Orlando to promote world-wide and industry-wide safety. They can be found at booth #1175 if you’d like to stop by for a chat!
On October 26, Bryden Waggott will be addressing industry specialists at a newer event, The Canadian Institute’s 2nd Annual Oil & Gas Safety Symposium. As head of Intelex’s Oil and Gas division, Bryden will be speaking about the impacts of software-based safety management systems on safety processes in the industry. He’ll be joined by Steve Buffett, another one of Intelex’s Oil and Gas experts. If you’re attending the symposium, keep an eye out for them!
