As Intelex continues to grow we've recognized a need for extended customer support hours. Effective immediately, the Intelex Help Desk will be available from 7:30am – 8:00pm Monday through Friday.
The new Help Desk hours will allow us to support all North American Intelex clients throughout the work day, and to provide a higher level of support to our global clients, particularly in Europe.
